imaging roofs. This process precisely diagnoses which areas of your roof
are breaking down and are in need of repair, and allows us to offer you
additional options to complete roof replacement.
A
Moisture Survey is the essentially equivalent of a scan or x-ray of your roof, done by a
specialist using advanced high-tech equipment. The Moisture Survey process
allows us to determine the true condition of the roofing system, similar
to a scan of a human body. The readings from the scanner are transposed
onto photographs; with light areas indicating sections where water
infiltration has effected you roof system, and dark areas showing roof
areas that are still in good condition.
Once
we have determined the effected areas we can transfer the readings
directly onto the roof by double-checking and marking the effected areas
for future reference.
Included in
this service are a detailed plan of the roof complete with all
Moisture Survey results clearly sectioning out identifying problem areas and
their levels of humidity and mechanical details.
